LEAD WRAPPER
Position Summary
The Lead Wrapper oversees the daily operations of our BOOSBOWS gift wrap station. This role ensures the team delivers high-quality wraps, maintains an organized and festive environment, and provides an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage workflow and delegate wrapping tasks based on skill level, timing, and wrap style (Value, Traditional, Luxury, Themed).

Supervise and suport gift wrappers, ensure consistency, quality, and speed.

Oversee opening and closing duties, station cleanliness, and daily setup.

Monitor inventory of wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, accessories, and gift tags.

Handle Square payment system transactions, balance cash drawers, and ensure secure lock-up.

Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and sign in/out sheets.

Create a warm, customer - friendly environment where shoppers enjoy their BOOSBOWS experience.
Qualifications:

Previous retail, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

GIFT WRAPPERS
Gift wrappers are the creative heart of BOOSBOWS. In this role, you'll transform customers' gifts into beautifully wrapped packages while creating a cheerful and engaging experience.
Responsibilities:

Wrap gifts according to customer preferences and BOOSBOWS standandards, (Value, Traditional, Luxury, or Themed).

Follow wrap tickets detailing paper color, pattern, bow style, and accessory.

Deliver excellent customer service while wrapping - friendly conversation, attentiveness, and proffessionalism.

Maintain speed and accuracy to meet demand during peak shopping hours.

Assist with inventory replenishment of wrapping supplies.

Keep wrapping stations tidy, festive, and organized throughout the day.

Hand finished gifts to the customers with care and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:

No wrapping experience required -training provided!

Strong attention to detail and creative eye.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Comfortable working in a busy retail environment.

Both positions are seasonal and located at our BOOSBOWS gift wrap stations at Lenox Square and Mall Of Georgia.
